When I am talking to people and they ask me what I do and I say I am a PT and work with TRX Suspension training and Rip Training they often have the look of, “What’s that?” That’s my point, how do you explain what it is and how it feels when you can’t see it!

TRX Suspension Training is designed to improve your movement, strength, cardio vascular fitness, balance and co-ordination.
